EVENT 12/17/22 at the Town Hall

 

      We are a local group of parents and young adults of the Ware community with the goal of inspiring youth inclusion and creating community pride. The Youth and Community Council (Y/C council) meets on monthly. Please see the town calendar for specific dates.  We encourage and welcome community attendance!  In the interest of accessibility to our meetings please take advantage of the zoom link.           The Y/C council is also initiating local student involvement with the creation of the Youth Advisory Council (YAC). Student members of the YAC will gain meaningful experience as they see their positive impact in their local community.  Students will be involved in the creation and organization of community events. Beyond the community involvement we hope to establish continuing education credits and offer opportunities in job development through internships of our local community establishments.

         Not interested in becoming a full member of the Y/C council, but wanting to be involved in this positive uprise of community pride?!  Register as a friend of  Y/C and YAC to become an adult volunteer.
