No temporary grave marker will be placed on a lot at ground level or below.  All temporary grave markers must be placed in a position where they are visible to cemetery employees and the public at large.  The family placing a temporary grave marker is responsible for maintaining the marker location.  It must be placed so as to not interfere with normal grounds maintenance.  Should the condition of the temporary marker deteriorate or should it become a hazard to employees of the Town of Ware or the public in general, it will be the responsibility of the family to remove it.  Otherwise the Town or its agent or employee will do so.  Under no circumstances will temporary metal markers be allowed due to safety issues.
