Mark Andrews - West Street (SPR-2019-04 & SP-2019-05)
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS.
Please be advised that the Ware Planning Board granted Special Permit SP-2019-05 to Mark Andrews to remove approximately 77,000+/- cubic yards of soil under Section 4.8.5 - Earth Removal of the Zoning Bylaws.  The earth removal is in conjunction with an outdoor storage area, approved by Site Plan Review SPR-2019-04.  The Decision was filed with the Town Clerk on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 and is available for viewing during normal business hours, and subject to change.  Please note that there is a twenty (20) day appeal period.  During this appeal period you, or anyone else, can appeal the Decision of the Ware Planning Board pursuant to MGL, Chapter 40A, Section 17. The appeal period will end on Monday, December 23, 2019.

Melink Development - Greenwich Road
(SP-2019-06 & SPR-2019-05)
Proposed site plan review and special permit application was submitted on behalf of Richard & Edward Couture to construct and operate a 1.5+/- MW ground-mounted solar facility under Section 4.8.3, 7.2 and 7.4 of the Zoning Bylaws, located on Greenwich Road in Ware, MA (Map 40, Parcel 79). 
The public hearing meeting date is scheduled for Dec. 4, 2019.

Melink Development - Greenwich Road
(SP-2019-07 & SPR-2019-06)
Proposed site plan review and special permit application was submitted on behalf of FT Smith Trucking & Excavating to construct and operate a 4.2+/- MW ground-mounted solar facility under Section 4.8.3, 7.2 and 7.4 of the Zoning Bylaws, located on Greenwich Road in Ware, MA (Map 35, Parcel 12).
The public hearing meeting date is scheduled for Dec. 4, 2019.


Melink Development - Osborne Road
(SP-2019-08 & SPR-2019-07)
Proposed site plan review and special permit application was submitted on behalf of Joel Harder to construct and operate a 1.9+/- MW ground-mounted solar facility under Section 4.8.3, 7.2 and 7.4 of the Zoning Bylaws, located on Osborne Road in Ware, MA (Map 40, Parcel 14-9) and a portion of the project lays within the Town of Hardwick (Map 94, Parcel 14).
The public hearing meeting date is scheduled for Dec. 4, 2019.
