CONCERNS WITH STORMWATER RUN-OFF FROM ABUTTERS

Bruce submitted letter to Board
Bruce explained that what appears to be the Reed property, is actually owned by Wildflower Subdivision. Bruce will provide an Engineered drawing of property line at next meeting.
Higney Property owners across addressStreetGould Road have complained about water run-off
We need to address the problems.
Burns Stated that Chuck Dauchy is scheduled to walk property on Monday 10-22-07

Plans to meet Chuck Dauchy at site on 10-22-07
The earth was so dry and the rain so hard that there was no time to soak in
The storm grates are too high – can second coat of asphalt be applied
Higney Second coat not suppose to be applied until 75% build out of subdivision
It appears that it would be beneficial to the town in this situation to waive
The 75% build-out and let the second coat of asphalt be applied.
