KH              MOTION TO APPROVE MINUTES OF 7/18/07 and 8/15/07

7:05            BLAKE LAMOTHE – SP
                Blake Lamothe present on status of Special Permit
                Opening and operating the business is not condition of SP
                Blake states he has been working with Fire Captain and Bldg Incptr
                Board is satisfied that he has complied with SP conditions

7:10            WARREN REED – Problem with water run-off from Wildflower
                Resides at addressStreet30 Gould Rd (placePO 724) and is abutter to Wildflower Subdivision
                Having problem with water run-off
                Top soil in his yard is washed away – grass can not grow
                8 inches of water in yard after rain storm
                Suspects that water is from subdivision
                Brush and vegetation was removed and seems as though there is more water
                Other residents in area agree (25 and addressStreet36 Gould Road)
                A lot of blasting has been going on, perhaps opened new veins of water

Board           Perhaps the grates can be dropped
                The retention pond culverts may be clogged
                Send letter to Owner/Manager and ask them to attend meeting
                With Engineer to determine where water is coming from and remediation

                Wants to know if she can convert to a four family
