What map did Peer Review use ?
Applicant states that map referred to in zoning by-laws has different title
Gibby believes that there is an error with title of map.
Gibby states the only change to maps was adding the Dismal Swamp Zone 2 area on Gilbertville Road and the Town has not yet incorporated the Barnes Street Zone 2 area to the map.
Applicant believes that a small portion on bottom, near sewage easement is in the re-charge area but will not be altered except for the sewer line.
Board suggests Applicant contact Reviewer to find out which map was used.
