Ken Higney has received phone calls on a few issues in town.
Blake Lamothe – Special Permit – what is the timetable ?
DeSantis Garage – Banner advertising on the fence ?
Have permits been pulled for the banners ? Are they legal ?
Lowe’s – generators running all night
Site work being done – no “building code” being violated
Don Manseau stated that only temporary hook-ups have been done for
site lighting in the parking lot – no footings
Bruso’s sign – change rate is quick –
Steve Boudreau stopped in meeting, asked about total build-out at Gibb’s Crossing. Planning Board stated that the traffic studies and parking layout was designed for total build-out (4 phases) at Gibb’s Crossing.
Town Planner: The Charter calls for a Town Planner. Steve Boudreau suggested that perhaps a Planner could be split venture with placeCityWarren or Hardwick or maybe three ways. Steve will check with other Towns.
