Walmart reviewed the plans and requesting small change to inside roadway
Walmart requires 4 lane crossover 18’ to 22’
Change would be a total of 5 feet
Eliminate one curb cut at the entrance
Will create a better flow of traffic
No net loss of parking spaces
No effect to storm water or lighting
No conditional areas being changed
Board agrees that it does not trigger an amendment to the Special Permit
JC Noted that there are no revision dates written on plans
Request that a full set of plans showing all revision dates be submitted to Board

The Planning Board had sent letters to Walgreens and Bruso’s regarding the
rate of change on the signs.
CD Walgreens has agreed to have sign change every 15 minutes for time being
Walgreens could not make meeting tonight
Bruso I approached the PB first and showed a design of the sign
Sign rate change now is every 6 seconds some frames are 2-3 /minute
JC I timed today and it changes 17 x per minute
7:45 MARTIN MURPHY – GREENWICH ROAD – GRAVEL REMOVAL

CD The removal of gravel from Lot 3 is illegal without a building permit
Gravel can only be removed in conjunction with a building permit or with
an Earth Removal Permit.
The Building Inspector determines how much gravel is incidental to building.
At the meeting of 12/6/06, Mrs. Murphy was going to return with figures on 1/3/07.

Martin Murphy stated that he traded site work with Mike Snow for the gravel.
Murphy states he did not know that Mike Snow was going to remove so much gravel.
Murphy does not know how much gravel was removed.
Murphy states that the bank was not lowered, just pitched
DISCUSSION
Board asked what the existing conditions/grades were prior to April 2006
How did Russo establish the top of the bank
What is the grade at now ? elevation ?
Selling gravel is not fair to the legal earth removal operations in Town.
At the next meeting of the PB on 2/21/07, the Murphy’s will bring in information from Russo on how the top of the bank was established, how much gravel was removed wince April 2006 from Lot 3 or from Lots 2 and 3 combined.
