Disposal System Construction Permit or Permit - Written approval issued by the Board of Health in accordance with 310 CMR 15.020 authorizing the construction, upgrade or
expansion of an on-site system.
Permit Applications nd Plans must be prepared by a Professional Engineer or a Registed Sanitarian per Massachusetts General Law.
