There are two groups that guide the work of the Community Development Department. There is a three-member Community Development Authority and a seven-member Community Development Advisory Committee. Both groups meet jointly on the third Monday of each month (except holidays) at 6:30 p.m. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room at Ware Town Hall.

Mission Statement: The mission of the Community Development Department is to assist the community in meeting their goals of improvement, development and growth.
